Friday’s Victory Assembly featured the best of Cherry Creek. The Top Crocs and Leaders of the month were revealed. And the winners of Math March Madness were announced. Progress on our WIGS were also shown. Keep working on your weekly reading minutes…You can do it!

Two 5th Grade Crocs decided that they wanted to inspire people so they came and put all sorts of really sweet positive signs up all over the school yesterday on peoples windows to make them feel happy about themselves. What awesome examples of Being the Good in the World and inspiring others to do the same. These two are good examples of Habit 4: Think Win-Win.
Thank you PTA for sponsoring a fun Skate Night at Classic Fun Center. Students and Teachers showed up for a fun night of scootering and skating with friends and family. Looking at the pictures with all those smiling faces, everyone must have had a great time!
Two First Grade Classes showed they have School Spirit! Today, Mrs. Anderson’s class and Mrs. Jensen’s class both had ALL of their students wearing RED or Cherry Creek attire. Congratulations!
The Sweet 16 was whittled down to the Elite 8, after another round of multiplication tests. The Final Four will be announced next week, with the grade level winners being announced at the Victory assembly next Friday. Good Luck!

This community event is designed to be an educational experience for youth and their families to learn about the traditional, contemporary, and special events in fashion and culture from different communities. Featuring Kassie John as our Master of Ceremonies. Kassie is an independent Indigenous Designer, Diné Illustrator, and owner of Native Generations.
We are looking for community members who are interested in educating participants about a specific culture. The goal is to learn about as many cultures as we can and provide this opportunity to everyone.
